Hi.

As far as I understand, since fallback for vblank wait via manual drm ioctl was removed in commit 3bc70687ac92b237febeb0f369394e8e6bea9d53 there is no need to
check for libdrm anymore.

Thoughts?

thanks, this looks sensible to me, I've just pushed this to master and will also cherry pick it to the 1.12 branch
