Description Stef Walter 2012-06-14 12:29:14 UTC
Create a new policy file for the admin actions of the user accounts panel,
combining the relevant actions of accountsservice and realmd.

So when the user clicks the 'Unlock' option they don't get additional
prompts when the use the 'Enterprise login' stuff in the add dialog.

Looks good to me. This is exactly what we've invented the implies annotation for.
