String "How to choose a strong password" in gnome-control-center is translated as "<a href="http://cs.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bezpe%C4%8Dn%C3%A9_heslo">Jak zvolit silné heslo" which is not recognized as link, but it is displayed "as it is" -- http://ubuntuone.com/6swYIkvOZd04Xl6uwGjRsR

Right translation should be: "<a href="http://cs.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bezpe%C4%8Dn%C3%A9_heslo">Jak zvolit silné heslo</a>"

Because it is too late for GNOME 3.4 to fix this bug, I'm moving this to GNOME 3.5/3.6. Also, CCing Marek on this bug.
