Some web apps like Google+ are displaying two vertical scrollbars, one is the Epiphany default scrollbar, and the other seems to be inside the web page.

This seems to be an issue in WebKitGTK+ as it was found too in Sugar's Browse activity which is using the python bindings. We are tracking it here:
