Description Matthias Weiler 2012-05-27 23:50:20 UTC
For beginners it can be frustrating to find out the basic commands they need to create their first document. Some more detailed templates would help a lot there.

Two paragraphs/slides and some comments in the preamble can save hours and makes starting with LaTeX more fun.

Thanks for this great piece of software!

Yes, it is a good idea. But only one is enough, like "My first document".

Hi,

I created a document with using some commonly needed commands, with an equation, an image and a table.

Please attach the *.tex file (or a git commit) as plain text, so I can review it directly in bugzilla.

Thanks, it's a good start. For the next development cycle I'll try to adapt it and integrate it in the application.
