Description Tim-Philipp Müller 2012-05-26 23:16:46 UTC
It seems like we did things completely backwards: all the important elements in the almost-deprecated 0.10 branch have been ported to the new video base classes, but hardly any in the 0.11/1.0 branch.

gst-libav should be ported to make sure these classes are fit for purpose in 0.11/1.0. theora and jpeg are hardly a good enough test for that.

Agreed, it's on my TODO list but I'm very busy with other things too.

Also png, mpeg2dec and x264 still need to be ported.

Done now, only the ugly plugins are missing now.
