Attached patch adds function Bin.DebugToDotFile() as a binding for _gst_debug_bin_to_dot_file. It allows saving pipeline graphs from inside a C# program.

gst-sharp is no longer maintained as it's for 0.10 only. There's work to create 1.0 bindings here, which might or might not be part of the GStreamer project: https://github.com/mono-soc-2013/gstreamer-sharp
