Showing the copy to and move to submenus is weird when only one frame is open. I keep going in there expecting to see "Select Folder".

This allows the empty and useless parent menus to be hidden as well.

I think another nice improvement might be to have a list of plugged in removable devices in there, but I agree the menu as it is now is more confusing than other.
