GNOME Bugzilla – Bug 676499
Text tool causes X11 to crash
Last modified: 2012-05-21 15:09:51 UTC

When I respond to the OS dialog and re-open the application I see an xterm window with the message - bash-3.2$. This happens consistently. I have yet to be able to create a text layer. Rich
Not sure how to provide a stacktrace under Mac OS, but we would need one. :) The Linux instructions how to use gdb for that are here: http://live.gnome.org/GettingTraces
This is a duplicate of Bug 675837, and since X11 is no longer supported, it is also invalid. As a temporary fix, please try upgrading to the latest version of XQuartz. http://xquartz.macosforge.org/landing/
