GNOME Bugzilla – Bug 676281
Not allowed to burn iso image since "there's not enough space"
Last modified: 2014-10-04 15:43:44 UTC
I get the "Choose another CD/DVD, not enough space to burn this project" error, not allowing me to burn to an iso. The problem seems to be that it is defaulting the iso file to $HOME/brasero.iso, as there's not enough space in /home. I have plenty of space on a different partition, though. But I'm not allowed to select it since the Burn button is disabled. Expected: The not-enough-space check should be disabled when saving to an image file. It's fine keeping the top bar (although it should probably be reworded as "You don't have enough space to save this in «path»"), but the button shall always be enabled. Only after choosing a filename with it should the final check be done.
I've got the same problem. Debian/Wheezy. ii brasero 3.4.1-4 ii brasero-cdrkit 3.4.1-4 ii brasero-common 3.4.1-4 rc libbrasero-media0 2.30.3-2 ii libbrasero-media3-1 3.4.1-4 Note these additional bug reports of the same problem: Gnome: https://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=650362 https://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=666108 Debian: http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=699819
