Patch to add more tags

In RPM spec files we (at least SUSE) use more tags, than rpmspec.lang provides.
The tags are: Recommends, Suggests, Supplements. Also we use Url instead of URL.

Here is a patch that adds missing tags.

Patch looks good, althought would be better if you provide a git format-patch so we can give you the credit for it.

This problem has been fixed in the development version. The fix will be available in the next major software release. Thank you for your bug report.
