Export Image as JPEG dialog box

To reproduce:

1. Create new 100x100 pixel image
2. File->Export
3. Give a filename of "test.jpg"
4. Click "Show preview" to receive an estimated filesize
5. The predicted filesize is 1.3GB

The predicted filesize seems to be 1.3GB regardless of the image dimensions.
