Description Carlos Soriano 2012-05-14 20:48:16 UTC
I'm in lubuntu 11.10 and the version of the empathy is 3.2.0.1. Somebody did a videocall to me, he is in ubuntu 12.04 with empathy version 3.4.1.
When he call me, a pop up appears telling me that if I want accept the call, but when I click to answer with video nothing happens.

Debug information:

With which service(s) is the video call done?
Is the debug info from when he tried to call you?
Comment 2 Carlos Soriano 2012-05-15 09:43:48 UTC
Do you refer to which account? With gmail.
The debug info is from the computer on lubuntu and yes, just after 5 or 6 attemps to connect the videocall. The other computer (with ubuntu 12.04) tell that the person in lubuntu, after the person with lubuntu answer the call, is disconnected (from the cam window. In the conversation window the person is still connected)
Did I explain well?

Could you please attach Empathy.AudioVideo (or Empathy.Call) logs from empathy-debugger ?
