Showing the "1,3 GB" problem

After updating to 2.8.0, when exporting a JPG, previewing doesnt show the file size correctly.

Steps to repro:

1. open image in gimp
2. press file->export
3. choose format jpg->export
4. in the "Export Image as JPEG" dialog with quality settings press "Show preview in image window"
5. "File size" shows 1,3 GB always instead of the real file size

This started after I updated to 2.8.0, major problem since seeing the file size when saving an image and choosing the quality settings is very important!!

This basically means I now have to use Photoshop instead of GIMP until this is fixed!

This is a known problem when compiling GIMP with mingw-w64.
