Patch for gsettings-bash-completion.sh

Steps to reproduce:
$ gsettings reset<tab>

Does not proposes:
$ gsettings reset-recursively ...

As this is easy to correct, I'm providing a patch.

Archlinux user:
* dconf 0.12.1-1
* glib2 2.32.2-2

Concerned file:
* /etc/bash_completion.d/gsettings-bash-completion.sh

Finally, I found the original file. Hence the product change.
