For Software Sources and Software Updates, I would suggest the following app menu:

Help
Quit

This will mean that you don't need a help button any more.

For Add / Remove Software, the menu could look like:

Check for Updates
Software Sources
Refresh Package Lists
Software Log

Show
[ ] Newest Versions
[ ] Only Native Packages
---
Help
About Add / Remove Software
Quit
