Description Carlos Soriano 2012-05-09 15:27:36 UTC
Sometimes (4 times in two weeks) I start the computer and gnome-shell not respond. The main happening characteristics are:
The top bar panel, in the user, the name is not showed.
if you try to go to activities you can not
Alt+F2 to enable commands is not working.
Mouse moves well.

I don't know how I can provide you more information, because I have no access to terminal or something like that when it happens.

Same as for bug 675755: please attach your ~/.xsession-errors after the problem happens. You can switch to a terminal by hitting Ctrl+Alt+F2, log in, and copy the file using
cp ~/.xsession-errors ~/xsession-errors
