The iPhone uses the job-title field as Company. So when you are entering the name of a business there may be no name field and just the company.

In this case we totally fail because the contact looks empty.

Looking at this again, I'm not entirely sure what is being proposed. Is the idea that we introduce a Company or Job Title field?
