Comment 1 André Klapper 2012-05-06 20:45:54 UTC
Does this also happen with the help for 2.8?
Comment 2 RainerHH 2012-05-06 22:08:36 UTC
i'm unable to found any help file for 2.8 !?
Comment 3 Michael Schumacher 2012-05-08 15:38:47 UTC
There is no help for 2.8 yet.
Does it work if you tell it to use the online version? (This works for me)
Comment 4 RainerHH 2012-05-08 18:16:23 UTC
yes, online help works with GIMP- and Internet-Browser.

local installed help works too with Internet-Browser,
but not with GIMP-Browser.

This is a duplicate of Bug #675784 (or vice versa). The reason for the failure is explained there.
