shell cuts long captions and labels with "..." (three dots).

i have 3 buttons "От..." "Пр..." "Пр..." (russian)( that means cancel,abort,continue ) in notification tray by DejaDup.

on activities/application i have some launchers with same icon and same begining of the label (Avahi explorer). also there are some launchers thats label begining "Properties of ..."

cutting of labels is a bad idea. is difficult to name launcher by one or two words, sometimes needs two lines.
