It has been a while that user-theme has been updated to install
schema files in the user directory, and an increasing number of
people complain that this breaks gnome-tweak-tool.
Time to update.

Recent versions of the user-theme extension install the GSettings
schema in the extension directory, to comply with extensions.gnome.org
rules.
