On my epiphany windows, the height of the address (location) bar and the height of the reload/stop button are not the same.  I'm assuming because I'm using a custom font/size than the GNOME 3 defaults.  I did try specifying a different icon theme but that didn't help.  This is basically a cosmetic issue, but looks bad.

We should probably cherry pick this fix for 3.4.x.
