This will be consistent with what other GNOME 3 apps are doing and provide a nicer experience (fewer disclosure points, better appearance).

This converts Take a Photo, Record a Video and Take Multiple Photos into a single 'Shoot' item. I've also omitted the wide mode from this - is that really necessary?

The suggested format looks good. For the wide mode, this should be automatic from 3.6, see bug 668602.

I did the port to GMenu for 3.5.3, so this is now done. There are a few remaining problems (wide mode, a couple of regressions), but they are separate from the port and so can be fixed later.
