There is no way to select picture from new contact dialog.

So we'are going to remove the text saying "Add or select picture"
And if the user want's to set a new avatar, will have to do it after the contact is created.
The other solutions involve a lot of fixing/design.
So for 3.4 will work as that, and we'll figure out something for 3.6

I pushed a quick fix to just remove the string, but we need to implement this.

I think we should fix this as a part of bug 699324.
