When an extra pane is used and one of them is used for a removable drive and the drive is removed then the pane vanishes. This is OK but the Extra Pane checkbox in the menu remains set and you have to unset and reset it to get a new extra pane. Pretty minor but slightly irritating.

This particular bug has already been reported into our bug tracking system, but we are happy to tell you that the problem has already been fixed. It should be solved in the next software version. You may want to check for a software upgrade.
