Since /usr/bin/rsvg tool was removed in 2.35.2, the corresponding man page should be renamed to rsvg-convert.1 and updated for /usr/bin/rsvg-convert's command line options.

 if HAVE_GTK_2
-dist_man_MANS = rsvg.1
+dist_man_MANS = rsvg-convert.1
 endif

Need to remove that if...endif; rsvg-convert is always built.

With that fixed, please commit to master.
