Sometimes shell crashes on incoming message(skype/empathy). rebooting shell(export DISPLAY=:0&&gnome-shell --replace) don't helps so i need to reboot computer.

this message often appears when shell crashes:

(gnome-shell:1616): libebook-WARNING **: e_book_client_new: Cannot get book from factory: Invalid source

(gnome-shell:1616): folks-WARNING **: Error preparing persona store 'eds:1330506570.3868.1@kreopt-pc': Couldn't open address book ‘1330506570.3868.1@kreopt-pc’: Invalid source

Without a stack trace from the crash it's very hard to determine what caused it.

What distribution are you using? It may provide an automated crash reporting tool, like Apport for Ubuntu or ABRT for Fedora.
