Description Jean-François Fortin Tam 2012-04-05 02:29:00 UTC
Visit http://pitivi.org/?go=showcase and see Epiphany crash after a few seconds.

As if crashes in Pitivi were not enough ;)
Comment 1 Reinout van Schouwen 2012-04-05 23:36:37 UTC
Just tested this, works for me.
Comment 2 Gustavo Noronha (kov) 2012-04-09 15:10:55 UTC
Same. I blame GStreamer ;). Can you provide a stack trace?
Comment 3 Jean-François Fortin Tam 2012-04-09 15:24:07 UTC
Not really. Fedora's abrt refuses to submit a report saying that the trace is useless (yet I did a debuginfo-install epiphany gstreamer totem, and I also let abrt install whatever debug packages it wanted).

Trying to run epiphany in gdb, it doesn't crash. All the videos play at the same time in the background but the app stays open (but frozen). I had to kill it manually. Will attach what I've got in gdb nonetheless.

Yep, this is most likely related to the totem plugin it seems.
Comment 6 Bastien Nocera 2014-04-30 11:22:08 UTC
The browser plugin has been removed from Totem. See this post for more details:
