When I start to compose a reply and select some text (to be quoted) the selection is created starting from the top of the message (header included) rather than from the position where the mouse was pressed.

I can confirm this problem, and it is really annoying.

In the picture I only selected the contents of the mail NOT the header. 

I only have the problem when the mail is written in HTML..

...but with HTML mails the problem exists in the message preview as well.

This particular bug has already been reported into our bug tracking system, but we are happy to tell you that the problem has already been fixed. It should be solved in the next software version. You may want to check for a software upgrade.
