Typical message causing the evolution email lockup

The attached email is typical of one that I get every day, that locks up evolution.
I have attached a save in mbox format of the offending email. It displays a header portion of the html, and then locks up doing the rest of the message. The message text (the important part) is never displayed.

Workaround (poor): Delete the message causing the lockup, quit evolution and restart evolution. The rest of the inbox can then be perused.

Host machine is up-to-date Fedora-16 untainted, running Evolution 3.2.3 release. Hardware is AMD processor and ATI graphics, with the normal open-source driver (not the Catalyst driver). Hardware and O/S are very stable.

Tracking bug https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=809276 also logged against Fedora-16 distribution.

Possibly related to bug #655248, please try the workaround suggested there.
Comment 3 John Mellor 2012-04-04 01:29:27 UTC
Confirmed, the workaround of changing the preview pane window height seems to allow the message to display. Assimed duplicate of bug #655248.
