I contacted the maintainer (dobey) and he agreed that we should close the Bugzilla product (I handle that) and move it to the Git archives.

Please move from
        http://git.gnome.org/browse/gtkhtml2/
to
        http://git.gnome.org/browse/archive/gtkhtml2/

Note that "gtkhtml" (without the 2 suffix) is still kind of maintained.
