Using GActionEntry

The list of menu items to move to the app menu:
∘ Open
∘ Open Location
∘ Save a Copy
∘ ----
∘ Fullscreen
∘ -----
∘ Preferences
∘ ----
∘ Shuffle [X]
∘ Repeat [X]
∘ -----
∘ Quit

Most of the rest would move to a big menu, or in editable properties.

Just hit me that "Save a Copy" was not an app-wide item, but something document specific. But Totem can only handle one document at a time.

The list of other menu items that exist within Totem:

∘ <Recent Files>
∘ Properties
∘ Eject
∘ Play/Pause
• Edit
∘ Capture Screenshot
∘ Capture Gallery
∘ Clear Playlist
∘ Plugins
• View
∘ Fullscreen
∘ Fit movie to window ->
∘ Zoom toggle
∘ Aspect ratio
∘ Switch Angles
∘ Show Controls
∘ Subtitles
∘ Sidebars
• Go
∘ <DVD menu stuff>
∘ Next
∘ Previous
∘ Skip forward
∘ Skip back
• Sound
∘ Languages
∘ Volume up
∘ Volume down
• Help

Buttons:
• Add/Remove from playlist
• Reorganise playlist
• Save playlist

Though we don't need it (because none of the plugins would end up on the app menu for now).
