Description Jan Eri 2012-03-25 09:51:56 UTC
I am running Empathy 3.2.1.1 on OpenSuse 12.1 (32 bit).

When adding a SameTime account, the server field is missing, I can find no way of specifying the sametime server. I have a similar setup on a Linux Mint system, and there the server field is placed between Password and Port under Advanced.

On the same OpenSuse system, Sametime protocol is working normally when using Pidgin 2.10.1 instead of Empathy. That is the reason I am filing the bug here, and not by meanwhile.

Sorry if this is the wrong place.

Empathy just display the connection parameters it got from telepathy-haze. Maybe you are using a different version on both system? Anyway, I suggest you to report this as a haze bug on bugs.freedesktop.org
