Message "Low" appears three times:

panels/mouse/gnome-mouse-properties.ui.h
panels/power/cc-power-panel.c
panels/universal-access/uap.ui.h

It has set gettext context for universal-access but not for other two modules. It should be distinguished between "low battery power" and "low mouse sensitivity" for translating.
