Thanks for the PO file. Looking a bit closer, I think we're meant to submit WebKitGTK+ translations as bugs on bugs.webkit.org.

I've opened https://bugs.webkit.org/show_bug.cgi?id=82093 and attached the PO file there. I hope that's the correct thing to do.
