Description Reuben Thomas 2012-03-21 12:02:30 UTC
I noticed that one of my MSN contacts was missing in Empathy. Having searched around to find where gnome-contacts stores my contact information, I confirmed by grepping that the identifier of that contact was missing. So, I tried to use Chat→Add Contact… to add the contact. When I click "Add" I get no error message, but the contact is not added.

I'm running Empathy 3.3.92 as shipped in Ubuntu 12.04 (currently in beta).

Are you using telepathy-butterfly or telepathy-haze to connect to MSN?
Comment 2 Reuben Thomas 2012-03-21 14:31:14 UTC
telepathy-haze.
Comment 3 Guillaume Desmottes 2012-03-21 14:34:26 UTC
Can you please open a tp-haze bug on bugs.freedesktop.org and attach Haze logs from the help -> debug window?
Comment 4 Reuben Thomas 2012-03-21 14:40:02 UTC
Sure. Just for the record, the logs, when set to Level: Info, show only this:
