This debug file showing possible why happening the problem

Dear Developers,

If I using Epiphany with Orca and the caret jump a heading level link, Orca double presenting the heading level text.
Reproducation steps:
1. Start Epiphany, and goto the http://vakbarat.index.hu webpage.
2. Press ciclical the h keystroke, or any heading level related structural navigation command. If the heading level containing link (<h1>< a href="anything.html">Anything</a></h1> style, Orca will be double spokening the heading level text.

I attaching the debug.out file.

So.... I've got nearly all of them fixed.

There are a couple of weird links on that page which we still double-present. But I would rather on rare occasions double-speak something than try to hack around weird links. Because the risk of too much guessing/hacking around weird edge cases is that instead of double-presenting, we guess wrong and fail to present anything at all. Therefore, I'm going to close this bug out as fixed since normal heading links are no longer double presented.
