Description Vadim Rutkovsky 2012-03-16 09:49:22 UTC
Original Report: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/rhythmbox/+bug/956229

Any radio stations added to rhythmbox are at first added to the table and are playable, but upon exit, they are not written to the rhythmdb.xml file, so that they are gone the next time rhythmbox is started.
On the terminal, I receive the error "RhythmDB-WARNING **: Can't save XML: Input/output error". I checked the access rights of the file, but writing is allowed.

Debug output: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/rhythmbox/+bug/956229/+attachment/2877154/+files/rhythmbox-debug.txt

"RhythmDB-WARNING **: Can't save XML: Input/output error"

This means the user has filesystem or hardware problems.
Comment 2 Vadim Rutkovsky 2012-03-16 12:40:08 UTC
Thanks, Jonathan, after rhythmdb.xml was purged and re-created the problem was gone.
