Apparently the window close buttons have tooltips. I'm not sure why I'm surprised by this but I guess I don't remember them and they strike me as being wrong. Partly because they are themed differently from all the other tooltips and partly because I'm not sure they should be there at all. If I had to think of one button on the entire screen that doesn't need a tooltip it is probably this one.

There was a patch a little while ago to remove them. I bet it's outdated at this point, but it doesn't seem too hard to remove.
