Description Vadim Rutkovsky 2012-03-15 12:01:24 UTC
Original Report: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/nautilus/+bug/953245

DistroRelease: Ubuntu 12.04
Package: nautilus 1:3.3.90-0ubuntu2

Say I have a folder (directory) window open and there are multiple folders (directories) listed. If I highlight the last folder (or any folder) and press shift-home, it hightlights all of the folders as expected. If I go into the last folder (double click or enter) and alt-left arrow back out, it's highlighted. If I then try shift-home again or shift-click on another folder, it doesn't highlight all of the folders, it only highlights the first folder or the one I click.

Example. Home directory has Documents, Downloads, Videos, Other. I double click Other, then alt-back arrow back into the Home directory. The Other folder is highlighted. I shift-click or shift-home, it acts as if the Other folder was not highlighted.

Good catch. I now pushed a fix for this to git master, thanks for reporting.
