The following error is reported on compilation after configuring with --with-games=glchess alone:

  CC     glchess-chess-view-2d.o
chess-view-2d.c:14:26: fatal error: librsvg/rsvg.h: No such file or directory
compilation terminated.

Patch follows.

Fix for an ignored catch in master. I hope its good and can fit in for 3.4.
