>Description:
The Startup Panel at the bottom of the screen fails to come up on a restart.  I'm in the process of setting up new systems.  So there are a number of restarts, and sooner or later it crashes the Gnome panel.

>How-To-Repeat:
Become a new user.  It will happen to all users once it starts.

Please try the latest (1.4.x) version of gnome-core and gnome-libs
from http://download.gnome.org/ Contact me if you need RPMS.
