After I login GNOME by User, it missed the panel.        Last time it happend on login GNOME by Root. After re-installed RedHat 7.2, the same issue happened again.

>How-To-Repeat:
1.Login GNOME.
2.GNOME was starting APP.
3.GNOME start panel and then it crash.
4.I can't find the panel on Desktop.

Please try the latest (1.4.x) version of gnome-core and gnome-libs
from http://download.gnome.org/ Contact me if you need RPMS.
