GNOMEICU development has been stalled and it has been unmaintained for a few
years now. See http://www.ocrete.ca/2011/03/30/gnomeicu-is-no-more/

Please archive/remove it from
     http://l10n.gnome.org/module/gnomeicu/
so translators don't spend time on it.
