It sounds (from https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/seahorse-plugins/+bug/862609/comments/34) like the user was on a livecd with some really weird things going on. Basically there isn't anything actionable here so I'm going to close it. If this can be reproduced please reopen.
