When compiling glib 2.13.18 from the dist tarball, I noticed

  DOC   Building HTML
warning: failed to load external entity "../glib-compile-resources.xml"
../gio-docs.xml:227: element include: XInclude error : could not load ../glib-compile-resources.xml, and no fallback was found


Looks like it is missing in Makefile.am
