1. Launch gtk3-demo and the attached listener
2. Down Arrow several times in the gtk3-demo tree on the left
3. Up Arrow several times in the gtk3-demo tree on the left
4. Down Arrow several times in the gtk3-demo tree on the left

Results: As soon as step 3 gets performed, selected items no longer have STATE_SELECTED.

This appears to be solved via at-spi2-core:

Therefore I am moving this bug to that component for historical/tracking purposes and closing it as FIXED.
