Documentation that uses Docbook provides the "Same documents, formatted as a single HTML file" option.
Mallard formatted documentation does not provide a "single file" option.

Documentation that has been converted to Mallard displays the "Same documents, formatted as a single HTML file" option for ALL versions, also those that are Mallard versions. These links are 404s.
