Description Michael Barlach 2012-02-17 17:18:15 UTC
I have searched for a long time for a solution on this. Found a bug report ID:301615 but last post is dated 2008. Problem seem still unsolved?
In short: How can I lock the positions of icon and prevent anyone, but admin, to delete or do anything with them ?

Please avoid filing duplicates and instead use existing reports and discussion in there. Thanks!
