Me neither, so why should it be applied?
It is already possible to change accelerators through other means and I don't think enforcing another default than "system" GTK is a good idea.

Not saying it should be applied, just filing bugs for every Mageia patch to get feedback.

If you do not see the need, I'm going to get rid of the patch. Tried looking into the reason why this patch was ever written.. but can only see that it exists since 4 years already (Mandriva times).
